We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great financial institutions M&A team. The team advises banks, fintechs, insurers and other diversified financial companies on M&A. They are looking to recruit an Associate.
The role will focus on:
- Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs
- Financial modelling and analysis; deal structuring and valuations
- Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Background in FIG mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm
- Track record of working on M&A transactions from the start of a process to the finish
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team
- 4 years deal experience
