We are now working with a very successful US investment bank. They are looking to recruit an Associate into their London Technology M&A team. The team has great relationships with some fantastic growing tech businesses and is extremely busy at the moment.

The role will focus on:

  • Leading the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-out in the tech sector
  • Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information.
  • Financial modelling
  • Deal Structuring
  • Active member of the M&A team

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

  • Background in investment banking, private equity, tech investing
  • Excellent deal sheet
  • 4 + years deal making experience
