Permanent People have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant within the education sector. Our client specialises in recruiting for Teaching and Non-teaching posts for Primary and Secondary Schools in the UK and following a very successful year with a 100% staff retention rate, our client is expanding into new geographical areas giving you the opportunity to build a desk, team and career and be a major contributor to the business as they grow.

This role would suit an experienced Consultant looking to step into a Senior role working alongside a team with the best professional support in the business.

• Salary – from £30,000 – £38,000 per annum
• Competitive commission package
• 40 hour working weeks in term time.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 12 months Education Recruitment experience.
• Passion, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Enjoy working with both candidates and clients to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• The drive to be successful
• A full driving license.
