My client is a fast-growing SaaS company that empowers financial institutions to optimize their operations through innovative, enterprise-grade solutions. Their platform is designed to streamline workflows, enhance security, and improve customer experiences within the banking sector. Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team and drive growth in the enterprise banking sector.

As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier banks and financial institutions.

  • Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Market Insights & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the banking industry, SaaS solutions, and regulatory changes to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to create compelling value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
