We are recruiting on behalf of a respected, third-generation family-run manufacturer supplying high-quality, bespoke timber products to trade clients across the South. They’re looking for a conscientious and articulate individual to join their professional commercial team. This is a structured role involving outbound calls to warm trade contacts, data entry and CRM updates, and supporting the wider sales process—without the need for cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to active and known trade contacts
- Logging and updating CRM records accurately
- Assisting with sales enquiries and lead progression
- Liaising with commercial and estimating teams
