Specialist SEN (special education needs) Teaching Assistant role in Westminster PECs/Makaton/Team Teach training and experience desirable. £90 – £110 per day/ £450 – £550 per week Are you an experienced and qualified special needs teaching assistant? Are you looking for a community based, mainstream primary school who can offer progression? This mainstream primary school in the heart of Westminster, London is looking for an experience SEN learning support assistant to join their team and help support children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will be supporting children with a vary of needs and working closely with the SENCO, other LSAs and outside agencies/therapists. You will provide 1:1 and group support to students both inside and outside of the classroom. Supporting behaviour, running intervention groups and supporting pupils social, emotional mental health. This role is full time Monday – Friday and the hours are 8:30am – 4pm, term time only.
