I am working with one of the largest wealth managers in the world, with over 100 years of experience. It's a really exciting time to join the business as they are on a huge growth trajectory and pivotal point in their business history.

This newly created role has been established to create and oversee a dynamic webinar programme to drive leads and increase client retention through creating engaging content. You will be responsible for managing content, coordinating logistics, and aligning the webinars with broader marketing strategies.

The Event Executive will:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to organise and execute events and webinars to drive leads.
  • Manage the pre-event and on-the-day logistics, including attendee list, venue sourcing, speakers, and third party co-ordination.
  • Support with the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns to promote the events across social media, website, and email.
  • Create event-related marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Track and report on event performance, offering useful insight to guide future strategies.
