Role: Training Consultant

Type: 12-month FTC, with potential extension for 12–18 months

Location: UK-wide travel required | Hybrid

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum + Company Car

A leading SaaS provider in the healthcare technology space is seeking a Training Consultant to join its growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring clients get the most out of tailored digital solutions that improve accessibility and efficiency across the industry.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering software training directly within client environments, ensuring each implementation is configured and adopted to meet best practice standards.
  • Working closely with the wider training and implementation teams, you’ll contribute to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and support the planning of new rollouts and product engagement events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person training for clients using bespoke software solutions.
  • Configure systems in line with client needs to maximise performance and usability.
  • Support internal teams with documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Collaborate with project leads to support rollouts, updates, and engagement campaigns.
  • Act as a product ambassador at user groups, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to internal training for new hires or cross-functional teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, or consultancy role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage audiences.
  • Confident working independently while collaborating with multiple internal teams.
  • Previous experience delivering training in-person and online (e-learning familiarity is a plus).
  • Background in healthcare or dental environments would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, typically Monday to Friday.
