Senior D365 F&O Support Consultant UK- Remote £50k – £60k Salary Have you been supporting D365 F&O solutions but there is a lack of opportunity for progression? I’m working with a Microsoft Partner specialised in Dynamics and Power Platform who are looking for a Senior D365 F&O Support Consultant to come and join the Managed Service team. After 5 years of organic growth across D365 F&O , CE and BC you will have the opportunity to gain vast exposure across the Microsoft landscape as well as a diverse portfolio of customers. With a people-first culture focused on promoting from within, you’ll benefit from working with a team of experts in all things D365 related giving you the opportunity to build on your current experience and upskill in this space. You will also be able to rapidly upskill your product knowledge with fully-funded Microsoft certifications and project experience for you to progress into a Functional Consultant role. As a Senior D365 F&O Support Consultant, you will be responsible for dealing with complex technical and functional support issues and configurations across the wider D365 F&O platform. You will be hands on with the system, broadening your D365 expertise and working closely with Microsoft for any further escalations needed. As your role evolves, you will be able to take on more project responsibilities as you progress into client-facing role to specialise in your chosen niche across F&O. As a Senior D365 F&O Support Consultant, You must have the following experience: At least 4 years supporting D365 F&O / AX 2012 technologies at 2nd line / 3rd line Broad product knowledge across D365 Finance and Supply Chain Modules Configuration experience across D365 Finance and Supply Chain Modules Ability to provide both functional and technical support across D365 F&O including LCS, Environment Monitoring, SQL Insights and DevOps
