Facilities Manager Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for maintaining operational excellence and a flair for managing multiple priorities? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the maintenance, security, and infrastructure of two key sites in West Sussex This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking, ISO-certified organisation. You will ensure their buildings meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and functionality while supporting operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all facility PPMs, statutory inspections, and servicing of systems such as fire, intruder alarms, and CCTV to maintain compliance. Work alongside the Facilities Technician to address ticket requests, conduct safety checks, and respond to emergencies. Manage refurbishment projects, building moves, and facilities-related equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Oversee contractor management, including obtaining quotes, raising POs, and managing ATW and PTW systems. Maintain administrative tasks such as record-keeping, purchase requisitions, and invoice authorization. Support the Operations Manager with annual strategic reviews, Capex budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
