We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive 9 month maternity contract | Full-Time | Hybrid

Location: Derby - 1 day per week in the office.

Reporting to: Group Head of Marketing

This is a pivotal role for someone with a proven B2B background who can lead from the front, manage multi-channel campaigns, and add real value across our digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Leadership – Plan and execute marketing activity for new product launches, from concept to reporting.
  • HubSpot Champion – Work across teams to manage CRM, automation, and agency partners to streamline our comms.
  • Website Management – Maintain and update multiple websites, with a focus on content, SEO, and HubSpot integration.
  • Email Marketing – Deliver impactful ad hoc and automated email campaigns with clear reporting.
  • Content Creation – Produce high-quality, engaging assets (images, GIFs, videos) for use across digital platforms.
  • Social Media & Paid Ads – Own LinkedIn and paid media strategies to boost visibility and generate leads.
  • Webinars & Events – Lead the setup, promotion, and execution of webinars and support key events.
  • Performance Reporting – Create weekly/monthly reports on leads, website performance, and campaign outcomes.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in a B2B marketing role (ideally in tech, software, or services). Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns and lead generation. HubSpot and Google Analytics knowledge a must; SEMrush experience a bonus. Strong background in marketing automation and CRM integration.

Skills: Strategic thinker with sharp executional ability. Proficient in SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal communicator. Strong creative eye with solid PowerPoint and video production skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

Personal Attributes: Proactive, innovative, and hands-on. Highly organised and professional. Full clean driving licence and willingness to undertake an advanced DBS check.
