The basics: Job Title: Trainee Maintenance Engineer Shift: Monday to Friday – 3 Shift Rotating (6.00am-2.00pm, 2.00pm-10.00pm & 10.00pm-6.00am) Industry: Manufacturing Location: Loughborough Pay: Up to £42000 per annum DOE, plus overtime with earnings of £60,000 and upwards achievable. Overview: Working in a large manufacturing business that have sites in the UK and EU, we now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role: To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time. Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdownsThe ideal candidate / Trainee Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually: Time served apprentice trained or above with electrical qualifications. Previous experience working in industrial electrical environmentsCommutable from: Loughborough, Coalville, Leicester, Derby and surrounding areas.
