Our client is an independent utilities advocacy body in England and Wales. Every year, they help thousands of people resolve their water complaints with empathy and expertise. Their research and advocacy don’t just influence policy – they change it, making sure companies and regulators listen to the people they serve. They are now looking for two Consumer Panel Managers to join the team in either Birmingham or Cardiff.
Your role will be to ensure that each water company’s panel runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose. Your days will involve:
- Working with an external research agency to deliver high-quality insights
- Establishing accountability processes that ensure water companies act on what they hear
- Partnering closely with policy experts to turn consumer voices into business change
- Making sure consumers are not just heard, but listened to
