Weβre now looking for our next superstar Operations & Staffing Manager to lead from the front and help us deliver excellence, every time.
About the Role: Our Operations & Staffing Managers are often found out on-site with our clients making sure what we are delivering is on point. From checking in teams and carrying out uniform and grooming checks to even working a shift where a senior presence is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors β events, hotels, corporate catering, and more β ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinating staffing logistics to place the right team members in the right roles, every time.
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating a pool of hospitality staff β driving engagement, development, and retention.
- Leading operational excellence β from shift planning and service delivery to issue resolution and performance feedback.
- Generating new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach β helping to grow our client base and expand our reach.
- Collaborating with our wider team to ensure service consistency, brand standards, and seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality staffing, operations, events management, or agency environments.
