Copello are working with a leading defence company who are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their Prototype & Development facility. You will be supporting cutting-edge PCBA projects from concept to production.
What You’ll Do:
- Support early-stage and production-standard PCBA builds
- Optimise Design for Manufacture (DfM) and lead process improvements
- Create and review work instructions, BOMs, and PFMEAs
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve shop floor issues
- Work cross-functionally to deliver robust, repeatable manufacturing processes
What You Bring:
- Engineering apprenticeship + HNC or Engineering Degree
- Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes
- Experience in circuit card assembly and design change control
- A proactive mindset and collaborative approach
