Salt are working with a leading Tech scale-up building a best in class product portfolio for Enterprise customers. They are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join the team and help move specific metrics relating to ARR among some of their biggest current and future customers. The position sits within their growth tribe, a team tasked with impacting some of the companies biggest growth levers and OKR's.

The Product Lead will have the opportunity to shape what Product-Led growth looks like in the organisation, have complete autonomy over moving their metrics and ensuring the product is continuously shipped and iterated on in a product-led approach, a value that sits at the centre of the companies growth and ambitions moving forwards.

You will have experience across the following:

  • At least 5 years experience shipping B2B/ B2B2C products, preferably at Enterprise scale.
  • Experience working as a growth PM, using PLG strategies to positively impact ARR.
  • Highly literate with data and experimentation.
  • You've optimised successful products, increasing engagement across a user base.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise customer segments.

The position is based in London, with 2 days required in the office. You'll participate in a detailed IV process, allowing you to understand the company culture, approach to problem solving, how they execute and use data and understand the complex challenges they face as a business.

The position offers up to £110k on base salary, along with an annual performance bonus. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior, Lead, Group or Principal Product Manager to leave a tangible impact on the growth of an exceptional product and brand.
