Global Structured Private Credit Manager

✅ Do you hold the following experience?

  • At least 5 years working closely with legal documentation for private market investments—particularly debt or hybrid capital structures
  • Exposure to structured finance transactions (e.g., preferred equity, subordinated debt, convertible instruments, payment-in-kind arrangements)
  • Experience at an investment manager, private markets platform, or bank with direct responsibility for interpreting term sheets and documentation
  • A practical understanding of how deal terms affect fund valuations, investor reporting, and internal finance systems

The Role

This is a high-impact, post-deal investment operations position, sitting at the core of how structured investments are recorded, monitored, and reported. You will:

  • Review and interpret legal documents—extracting key economic terms and ensuring downstream systems reflect the deal accurately
  • Track post-deal behaviour (e.g., capitalised interest vs. cash flow), working closely with investment and valuations teams
  • Own the creation and accuracy of internal investment summaries used by fund finance, accounting, and investor reporting
  • Act as a cross-functional partner, sitting between legal, finance, operations, and the investment team to ensure all negotiated terms are operationalised effectively
