Our client is a leading provider of integrated security solutions working with blue-chip organisations across the UK and Europe. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of security system projects from survey through to completion. This role requires a proactive and technically skilled individual with a strong background in managing Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Detection installations. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their projects, leading teams on-site, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all phases of assigned projects
- Produce accurate quotations using client software tools
- Deliver projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and scopes
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and CAD drawings
- Ensure health & safety compliance including risk assessments and correct PPE use
- Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and internal teams
- Report progress to senior management and escalate issues where required
- Provide clear and professional communication to all stakeholders
- Travel to UK and European sites as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience
- Strong technical background in security systems: Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarms
- Familiarity with architectural security design standards
- Confident working with construction/design planning processes
- Experience leading technical teams and managing subcontractors
- CAD proficiency and experience managing project documentation
- Commercially aware with strong supplier and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and compliance procedures
