We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a car Sales Executive. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers throughout their car-buying journey. Your responsibility is to ensure a first-class experience, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery.

As a Sales Executive, you will engage with customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, building rapport, and guiding them through the entire sales process. The role involves working flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer availability and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and during test drives
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles and available features
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Accurately complete all relevant documentation related to the sale
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Ensure a smooth handover process and customer follow-up after the sale
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role (automotive background is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
