This role is a 6-9 month FTC covering long-term sickness, as part of our reactive team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our 16,000 homes across the South East. About the Role As part of Paradigm’s Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), you’ll work independently on a range of plumbing tasks, from repairs and diagnostics to reactive maintenance, ensuring a first-time fix approach wherever possible. You’ll bring a customer focused mindset to every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality service while adhering to safety protocols and our customer care standards.
