Our client, a small but ambitious healthcare organisation, is seeking an interim HR Transformation Lead to support them for an initial 6 month contract.

On the back of a recent review, you will develop and implement a People transformation roadmap to provide workforce improvements including areas such as:

  • Recruitment processes/practice
  • Policy review (e.g. annual leave, sickness, etc)
  • Policy compliance measures
  • Review of team structures
  • Change delivery around this

Reporting to the CPO but working closely with the Exec and part of the Steering Committee, you will be an experienced HR Transformation candidate, well versed in areas such as:

  • Change management
  • Change impact/readiness assessments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Data driven approach
  • Pragmatic in approach

You will likely have prior experience as an HR Business Partner and, ideally, have worked in the healthcare sector previously. This is a hybrid role requiring someone c.3 days in their London office and is an urgent hire so we’re looking for someone to start ASAP.
