As an Analytics Analyst, you’ll deliver meaningful insights across a mix of strategic and operational projects. Whether it’s a quick-turnaround deep dive or a dashboard to monitor performance, your work will directly shape business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, using your analytical skills to translate data into action.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making
- Lead ad hoc projects and performance tracking initiatives using customer, product, pricing, and commercial data
- Clean, transform, and interpret complex and imperfect datasets
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualise key metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights
- Advocate for data quality improvements and support the onboarding of new data sources
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and collaboration within the team
- 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role
- Comfortable working with varied datasets, particularly customer and commercial data
- Strong data manipulation and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus
