Reporting to the Director of Creative & Media Partnerships, you will actively contribute to the growth and success of our partnerships. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will initially collaborate closely, with a clear progression towards independently leading designated partnerships under the Director’s supervision.
You need to be this kind of person:
- Curious. Eager to learn, take feedback and improve
- Proactive and self-motivated. You don’t wait to be told what to do, taking the initiative to achieve goals
- Relationship builder. Skilled in networking and building relationships
- Strategic thinker. Able to develop and implement strategies while keeping up with all follow-ups and tasks
- Confident communicator. Comfortable reaching out to new people and building rapport with strong verbal and written skills
You need to have the following experience:
- Proven experience in a commercial or client-facing role: identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities. Whilst not necessary, experience within the research or insights world is beneficial
- Experience working towards sales goals and targets, from prospecting through to closing
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively
- Experience using CRM software for sales activities (i.e. logging activity, managing pipeline)
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, including health insurance, and pension. Our people are important to us, and we understand that each person has a life outside of work and we therefore offer flexible working arrangements (Hybrid) aiming to suit your needs. We also offer several wellbeing resources such as “de-clutter” afternoons for your personal and professional needs. We encourage learning and offer education reimbursement opportunities. We have recognition schemes, and regular socials, including summer and winter parties!
