About the role:

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy digital content specialist with a strong focus on video and graphic design for social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating viral content and understands how to capture attention in a fast-moving digital world. You’ll be producing content across our diverse portfolio of events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce engaging video content and graphic content optimized for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Conceptualize and execute content ideas that are timely, shareable, and aligned with our brand tone and goals.
  • Stay on top of trends, internet culture, and platform best practices to develop fresh, engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to brainstorm and plan upcoming campaigns or launches.
  • Edit and re-purpose existing footage or assets to keep content pipelines active and relevant.
  • Develop content that aligns with the goals and brand identity of multiple events.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience creating viral or high-performing content for social media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design work.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or other relevant platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable adapting content style to fit different event audiences and tones.
  • Experience with A/B testing content for performance.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Based on Experience)

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position.
  • The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London.
  • Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional travel, both within UK and Internationally.
