Performance Physiotherapy Ltd was established in 2003 and is one of the leading providers of private Physiotherapy services in South Wales. In addition to our Pontypridd and Caerphilly based clinics, we also provide Occupational Health Physiotherapy services to a range of organisations and First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) to local GP practices. Our team of highly trained and experienced physiotherapists are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals, whatever their level of activity.
This is a full or part time role, working across our various clinics with a mixed MSK caseload. The successful candidate will be skilled in the fields of clinical reasoning, pain science, manual therapy and injury rehabilitation. We offer a competitive salary, pension scheme, paid holidays and a CPD/training allowance. In addition to this you will be part of a small but dynamic and supportive team of clinicians and support staff. We are unable to offer sponsorship at the current time. Applicant must be UK based currently, with relevant UK based Physiotherapy experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and CSP in the UK
- Must have relevant UK based post graduate experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, and experience with complex or chronic condition management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with mentorship, service development, and quality assurance is a plus
