A well-established, highly respected design studio in Birmingham is looking for a confident, imaginative MW Interior Designer (Hospitality) to join their growing team.
We’re after an experienced designer who thrives on creating, refining, and steering innovative hospitality interiors for a loyal portfolio of clients as well as brand-new ventures.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and developing fresh, inspired concepts, strategies, and design guidelines across a range of exciting hospitality projects
- Involved in all stages of a project - from the first spark of an idea through to final handover
- Collaborating closely with wider creative teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Running creative brainstorming sessions and workshops
- Stepping confidently into a design role when required to meet client needs
- Reviewing and refining project content, presentations, and design proposals
What you’ll bring:
- Strong, proven experience as a midweight interior designer, particularly within F&B and hospitality sectors
- Hands-on experience with the full creative lifecycle—concept through to completion—across UK and international markets
- Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD, with solid skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A graduate degree in Interior Design or a closely related field (a relevant postgraduate qualification is a bonus)
- A knockout portfolio showcasing your experience in hospitality and leisure, particularly with innovative, forward-thinking concepts
