We’re looking for a proactive, unflappable, and razor-sharp Executive Assistant to the CEO. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, bring clarity to complexity, and have a talent for keeping things (and people) on track, this role is calling your name.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a central role in our fast-growing company where you’ll be the CEO’s go-to collaborator: managing time, driving key projects, and keeping the leadership team aligned and effective. No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly how you like it.
- Organisation & Operations
- Own the CEO’s calendar and time—scheduling, prioritising, and protecting focus.
- Coordinate the leadership team’s meetings and leave planning so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keep email and correspondence flowing, prioritised, and actioned.
- Maintain the CEO’s network—tracking key relationships, nudging timely follow-ups, and keeping it all organised.
- Creative & Strategic
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, board dinners, offsites, and industry events.
- Translate ideas into visuals—creating standout decks and presentations.
- Support the CEO’s digital presence—drafting, scheduling, and managing posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more.
- General Support
- Arrange travel, book logistics, handle light personal tasks, and manage daily operational support.
- Collaborate with teams across the AGL Group on shared projects and strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
- Experience supporting C-level execs in ambitious, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills—both in writing and in person.
- Proven ability to stay calm, organised, and detail-focused while juggling competing priorities.
- Tech-savvy and design-minded: you’re comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, Notion, and scheduling tools.
- Experience in social media management and event planning is a bonus.
- A degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful—but attitude and experience matter more.
Who You Are
- Resourceful, thoughtful, and solution-oriented.
- Adaptable and composed—you keep things moving even when the goalposts shift.
- Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and collaborating across functions.
- Motivated by purpose—you want your work to make a difference.
