BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for an ERP Systems Analyst to join a leading manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP professional with strong technical and functional knowledge of QAD MFG/PRO or similar ERP systems.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative ERP development team, supporting and improving business-critical systems used across manufacturing. This is a hands-on role ideal for an ERP Systems Analyst, ERP Developer, or Business Systems Analyst looking to progress in a dynamic environment.
The ERP Systems Analyst Role:
- Day-to-day support and maintenance of the QAD MFG/PRO ERP system
- Deliver system improvements, upgrades, and functional enhancements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
- Create and maintain clear documentation of processes and technical changes
- Lead and manage ERP-related projects from initial planning through to delivery
- Contribute to a reliable and efficient ERP environment across manufacturing and supply chain operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting and developing ERP systems (QAD MFG/PRO experience preferred)
- Strong technical background with OpenEdge 10.2+ and Linux (Redhat)
- Knowledge of WebSpeed, EDI, HTML, or JavaScript is highly advantageous
- Confident in liaising with both technical teams and business users
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead projects independently
