BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for an ERP Systems Analyst to join a leading manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP professional with strong technical and functional knowledge of QAD MFG/PRO or similar ERP systems.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative ERP development team, supporting and improving business-critical systems used across manufacturing. This is a hands-on role ideal for an ERP Systems Analyst, ERP Developer, or Business Systems Analyst looking to progress in a dynamic environment.

The ERP Systems Analyst Role:

  • Day-to-day support and maintenance of the QAD MFG/PRO ERP system
  • Deliver system improvements, upgrades, and functional enhancements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of processes and technical changes
  • Lead and manage ERP-related projects from initial planning through to delivery
  • Contribute to a reliable and efficient ERP environment across manufacturing and supply chain operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting and developing ERP systems (QAD MFG/PRO experience preferred)
  • Strong technical background with OpenEdge 10.2+ and Linux (Redhat)
  • Knowledge of WebSpeed, EDI, HTML, or JavaScript is highly advantageous
  • Confident in liaising with both technical teams and business users
  • Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead projects independently
