An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established company based in Birtley, Gateshead. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Location: Gateshead. Salary: £21 per hour depending on experience About the Role: The fabricator welder duties are to meticulously fabricate and weld stainless steel tanks, stainless steel pipework and mild steel frames. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks using his / her own initiative and be happy working efficiently both alone and as part of a team. This position requires an inventive mind and to be rigorous and meticulous as attention to detail is essential. Main Duties: Working from technical drawings; Use GMAW, GTAW and FCAW for both mild steel and stainless steel; Tack material to required dimensions and shapes to high accuracy;
