As a Theatre Practitioner – Orthopaedic Scrub, you will:

  • Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, including hip and knee arthroplasty and ACL procedures.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a flexible and positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Utilise state-of-the-art theatre technology to deliver the best patient outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous professional development opportunities.

Package and Benefits:
The Theatre Practitioner – Orthopaedic Scrub role includes:

  • Annual salary of up to Β£42,000.
  • 25 days of leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell leave.

The ideal Theatre Practitioner – Orthopaedic Scrub will have:

  • A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A warm, empathetic, and considerate nature.
