Junior PA, Engineering firm, Permanent, City, £27,000 A renowned and progressive design-led engineering firm based in Central London, requires a PA to support key directors with both day to day tasks and to work front of house, to start ASAP. The main duties of the PA role are: Reception, meeting and greeting clients Diary management and scheduling of meetings/events Managing email correspondence Contacting and liaising with clients on behalf of the Directors Typing proposals, reports and general correspondence Creating or editing presentations Maintaining the CRM Expenses reconciliation Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments General cover for other PAs when needed General assistance as requested by senior staff or admin Experience and skills Experience providing team/secretarial support/reception Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Confident and polite telephone manner High level of accuracy and precision Discrete and confident while maintaining a friendly & helpful disposition Work well independently and as part of a team A ‘can do’ attitude Good communication and people management skills Able to plan and anticipate requirements & cope with change …
