We are working with a new and exciting Automotive client to add a Chief Operating Officer to their SLT. Ideally, the successful COO will have experience at Director level in operations within an Automotive manufacturing environment, or an environment with multi-stage manufacturing processes.

The role will involve supporting heads of divisions to achieve strategic outcomes in line with the overall company goals.

As Chief Operating Officer you will also:

  • Provide support to the CEO in operational duties
  • Take ownership of the P&L
  • Drive CIP
  • Identify cost savings as well as look at incentives
  • Identify ways to take good numbers to be better

The role comes with a package which can be discussed with relevant applications.
