We're looking for a Data Analyst/Research Fellow to deliver a wide range of research and consultation projects. You'll design and conduct primary and secondary research, manage multiple projects, analyse data, and create actionable reports to support strategic decisions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including stakeholder consultations and ad hoc requests.
- Design research methodologies (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups) to gather robust, evidence-based insights.
- Conduct secondary research on key issues to support strategic planning.
- Analyse data into clear, tailored reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Manage research quality, including outputs from external agencies.
