Typical day as our Support Worker:
- Start with a handover, discussing the day's tasks and support plans.
- Assist customers with daily needs like cleaning, paying bills, attending activities, and developing life skills such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting.
- Organize activities and support during distress, maintaining resilience.
- Participate in risk assessments, support planning, and property upkeep, following safety protocols.
- Engage in informal chats and team collaboration, fostering a supportive environment.
You bring:

Job details:
