They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding residential property team, driven by their continued success and growing client base. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and take on a diverse range of conveyancing matters.
As a Fee Earner, you will take full responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. Your role will involve overseeing the entire conveyancing process for clients, ensuring they navigate what can often be a complex and emotional journey with confidence.
Responsibilities:- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
- Ensure legal documentation and compliance are completed to a high standard
- Provide clear, professional advice and maintain regular client communication
- Demonstrated expertise in handling conveyancing matters, ideally 2 years PQE, with a proven track record
- Capable of managing a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
