The predicted salary is between 39600 - 66000 £ per year.

Location: Stradishall, Newmarket

Day Rate: £220 (NOT CIS - PAYE)

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Contract: 2 Years – June 2027

I am working with a nationally renowned M&E Contractor who turnover in excess of £250M. They specialise in technically challenging projects within the Datacentre, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Residential and R&D sectors.

They are currently involved in a high-profile prison development project in Newmarket and are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Document Controller to support the on-site team and ensure the efficient management of all project documentation.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and have experience working with SharePoint and Viewpoint. A strong understanding of document control processes is essential including the creation and management of trackers and spreadsheets and coordinating information flow between client, design and operations teams. You will be ensuring compliance with British Standards for file naming (ISO/PAS). Experience with document quality assurance, managing workflows and an understanding of design phase timelines is also highly desirable.
