Hexagon Group have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Senior Building Manager for an iconic property in London's skyline. The property is home to some of the world's leading companies, and you will work for one of the UK's leading managing agents who have one of the best reputations in the industry.
As the Senior Building Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in the building management team which will include directly managing a Building Manager and a Property Administrator. It is essential that you are a strong communicator and embody the 'one team' ethos across the whole team. You will regularly be carrying out building inspections and engage daily with your tenants, responding to their needs in a prompt fashion and chairing monthly tenant meetings.
You will work alongside the on-site Engineering Managers with the management of the hard service contractors and take full responsibility for managing the soft service contracts. You will be tasked with ensuring all health & safety protocols are followed, and site compliance is up to date. In conjunction with the wider building management team, you will set and manage the yearly service charge budgets.
Successful candidates will hold experience managing significantly sized commercial properties and have managed multi-million pound service charge budgets.
