Requirements:
- LLM/Gen AI Experience
- A background leading a Data Science & AI function
- Track record or demonstrable experience of putting Gen AI / LLMs into production
- Technically strong across Data Science techniques and Machine Learning techniques
- Strong background within developing individuals
- Stakeholder management and the ability to work across the company
- Experience working with Product teams effectively
- Python / SQL etc
