Service Engineer – EAHP (Exhaust Air Heat Pumps & MVHR) Location: West London (Field-Based) Benefits: Company van, pension scheme, manufacturer training About Our Client Our client is a specialist provider of high-performance air handling solutions, focusing on exhaust air heat pump (EAHP) and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems. Known for their technical innovation and product reliability, they serve both residential and commercial sectors with integrated, energy-efficient systems. Offering a complete product range—from compact domestic solutions to large-scale commercial setups—they are continuing to grow and are seeking an experienced and capable Service Engineer to strengthen their technical team. Role Overview This is a field-based role dedicated to the servicing, fault diagnosis, and commissioning of the client’s own EAHP and MVHR systems. The role encompasses work on new installations as well as commissioning of systems installed by third-party contractors. This opportunity is ideal for an engineer with strong practical skills in air source technologies, looking to build deep product knowledge in a technically focused, hands-on role. Key Responsibilities * Perform routine service and maintenance of EAHP and MVHR units on residential and commercial sites * Diagnose faults across mechanical and electrical system components * Commission new systems, including those installed by third parties * Complete service documentation in line with F-Gas regulations and internal procedures * Provide excellent customer support and uphold quality standards on-site * Participate in regular training to remain up to date with product developments Required Skills & Experience Essential: * Valid F-Gas certification * Previous experience working with exhaust air heat pumps and/or MVHR systems * Full UK driving licence * Skilled in fault-finding, servicing, and commissioning * Strong communication and reporting skills Desirable: * Experience commissioning third-party installed systems * Familiarity with domestic ventilation commissioning standards (e.g., Part F) * Vocational qualifications in a mechanical or electrical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.) Who This Role Suits This role is well-suited for an engineer who: * Is passionate about energy-efficient technologies and hands-on engineering * Values technical mastery and product specialisation over management tracks * Works independently and takes pride in delivering quality results * Wants to build long-term expertise with a single, innovative manufacturer What’s on Offer * Overtime pay * Company vehicle * Pension scheme * Regular product and technical training from the manufacturer * Opportunity to specialise in the latest EAHP and MVHR systems
