We are partnered with a leading Renewable energy generation business that is transitioning into an IPP. They are looking to hire a dynamic individual that will help grow new business lines across the energy value chain, these could involve Power Markets, Capacity markets and IT systems.
The role will suit an entrepreneurial type individual who isnβt afraid to work with limited supervision but also enjoys being part of a core central business.
Skills needed/desired:
- Understanding of how businesses interreact in the energy value chain in the UK
- EU Regulatory knowledge of the evolving energy environment
- Understanding of Power Markets & offerings by utilities
- Prepare, maintain and update financial forecasts / valuations
- Prepare Investment papers / management presentations using financial models to support the investment making processes
- Work well with business leaders, investors, potential investors, banks, third parties and across the Finance community
