We're excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a brand-new early years setting in Bosham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced leader to shape a nursery from the ground up. They are also looking for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the launch and daily management of the nursery
- Set high standards for care, education, and safeguarding
- Build and inspire a strong, supportive team
- Manage staffing, rotas, compliance, and quality standards
- Develop strong parent relationships and local community links
- Handle nursery admin, recruitment, and staff development
About You:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Proven nursery management or senior leadership experience
- Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Confident, organised, and passionate about early years
