Due to ongoing growth, Caddy Comps, the UK's leading Golf competition website, are looking for a Community Associate to support in maintaining our 5* user experience at scale! The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and excited to own this pivotal area of a rapidly scaling business. They will take an interest in optimising processes and will be up to date with the best tools on the market to do so! They will likely take an interest in other areas of the business such as logistics and digital marketing, and will be technically savvy and open to adopting new technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of end to end winner communication
  • Communication with vendors & suppliers
  • Optimisation of our visual merchandising and online shopfront

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience with a passion for creating 5* memorable experiences for customers!
  • Willing to work flexible hours with evening and weekend shifts required.
  • Experience/interest in Golf preferred.
