A highly regarded Legal 500 City firm are seeking a Trademark Attorney to join their team.

Role

You will join a Legal 500 ranked intellectual property team who advise on worldwide filing strategies and prosecute UK and international trade mark applications. Clients are in a broad range of industries including cosmetic, entertainment, finance and telecommunications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on Trade Mark and Design Portfolio Management for various clients from filing to registration
  • Advising and filing opposition and cancellation proceedings
  • Advising on assignments and licence agreements
  • Applying for renewals and change of names
  • Advising and representing clients in various company name disputes
