Quality Assurance Technician – Swindon Opportunity: Are you currently working in a pharmaceutical quality assurance role? Does your experience include GMP quality assurance and dealing with goods in and out? Want to work for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company? If yes then this is the role for you! Your role as a Quality Assurance Technician based in Swindon will involve carrying out certain activities within the Quality Assurance team in order to build in and demonstrate an assurance of quality for manufactured products, in accordance with the principles of cGMP. Duties and responsibilities include: * Demonstrating compliance with current GMP regulations relevant to the role. * Understanding and correctly implementing written instructions. * Performing QA equipment checks in accordance with relevant SOPs, ensuring equipment cleanliness. * Completing all necessary logbooks and documentation in accordance with GMP. * Communicates the results of tasks, notifying relevant parties of any issues or failures. * Collation, review and completion of batch documentation to support product release. Support for and co-ordination of quality investigations i.e. NCR/CAPA/Complaint handling and logging. * Support of documentation control activities. This is a 6 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent dependent on the candidate and business performance. The hours of work and the PAYE rate is as follows: 2 days morning (7.00 am – 7.00 pm) Monday and Tuesday The PAYE rate is £11.94. 2 days night (7.00 pm – 7.00 am) Wednesday and Thursday AYE rate is £15.28. Then four days off Friday to Monday.
