Job Title: IT Technician – Dartford Contract type: 3 Month Contract (paid via Umbrella Inside IR35) Start Date: June 2025 About Us: Concept Project Services team are looking for a IT Technician based in Dartford for a 3 month contract starting in January 2025. Position Overview: The successful IT Technician will be involved in upgrading and reimaging of company laptops on site Monday – Friday. Typical Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Manage all upgrades, script work and reimaging of company laptops onsite Assist in the management and maintenance of the datacenter to ensure continuity of systems operations and take appropriate action of any failures/issues. Demonstrate high level of customer service, providing professionalism and proper communication dealing with all users and internal teamsRate Information: Competitive Rates: Negotiable based on experience (inside IR35). Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: Proficiency with installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of a range of IT devices. Previous reimaging experience Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management abilities. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to obtain and maintain relevant IT Engineering certifications. Strong customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
