Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a product owner for internal systems, supporting process improvement and automation.
  • Understand and prioritise business requirements across teams and functions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Configure, test and deploy AI tools (e.g., autonomous agents and user guidance features).
  • Analyse and document current and future state processes (As-Is/To-Be).
  • Support the delivery of new features and system enhancements through the full SDLC.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.
  • Produce and manage test plans, facilitate UAT, and create end-user training materials.
  • Contribute to agile delivery practices and promote iterative release strategies.
Ideal Skillset:
  • Experience in a Junior Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Exposure to Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience working with AI tools or an interest in automation and emerging tech.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, user journeys, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
