We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IT Support Technician to work for our reputable client based in the Hayes area. As the Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be working closely with the IT Team Lead ensuring the day-to-day IT operations run smoothly and effectively, managing incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure. You will be working for a multi-award winning IT Managed Services company that specialises in supporting the Education sector.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • To manage incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure
  • To ensure service level agreement standards are met
  • To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • To promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation
  • Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools
  • Promote best practices and adhere to change control process
  • Accurately plan and organise the working week
  • Review scorecard bi-weekly with Team Lead & or Manager

Technical experience required: (not all essential)

  • Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Basic Networking
  • Cloud and Virtualization (if you do not have these experiences, then as long as you’re keen to learn!)
