Mechanical Engineer/Plumber The post-holder will be expected to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance to a range of commercial heating, hot water and ventilation applications. Repairs to sanitary and drainage pipework. Experience working on aged equipment and systems is also desirable. The role consists of fault-finding analysis, maintenance, repairs, installation and upgrading work to all systems listed above on a planned and reactive basis – to ensure that systems are operating safely and effectively and follow appropriate regulatory standards and good practice. The role requires a candidate who is qualified and have a wealth of experience in M&E Services and Maintenance and general PPMs A good understanding of dynamic risk assessments and safe working procedures is essential.
