Technical Support Specialist β Communications & Networking Technologies Join an innovative and forward-thinking technology company whose cutting-edge products are used across the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working with market-leading solutions in the communications and networking space. Iβm currently looking for a technically capable and highly communicative individual who can confidently engage with end users, understand their needs, and provide outstanding support. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical pre- and post-sales support to clients, both remotely and in the field * Understand complex technical requirements and develop tailored solutions * Deliver training sessions and live product demonstrations to clients * Build strong relationships with clients Ideal Background & Experience: * Experience working with networked systems, telecoms, communications, RF, radio, WiFi, or similar technologies * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical challenges into effective solutions * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical audiences * Background in communications, customer support, network engineering or similar * Military experience (Army, RAF, Navy) and relevant technical skills would be advantageous * Comfortable with travel to client locations when required, potential for hybrid/flexible working This role would suit someone with a solid and relevant technical background who enjoys customer interaction and problem-solving.
