I am working with a Software Agency that is looking for a Ruby Developer to join their team, they provide bespoke technology solution for companies across a number different sectors that includes Fintech, Healthcare and Education. They have been going for over 9 years now, building up a solid portfolio of companies along the way, you will be working on everything from software development to mobile development to product design and user experience. They pride themselves on building long-term, lasting relationships rather than quick wins. They are highly focused on a people-first culture, where they have access for mental well-being support, but they also set time aside in the work day for a tools down period where they encourage everyone to get involved in different activities with the team. They are looking for a Ruby Developer that wants to get involved in the technology, there is over 30 members in the Development Team working on different projects across the business, including Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, QAs and Product Managers, so you will be surrounded by specialist across the stack.
